SupraList Terms And Regulations

SupraList is proud to be one of the Nets largest and most responsive advertising resources available. We guarantee that your message will be delivered to supralist, your send will depend on your membership level. Our job is to get your message sent, your job is to get your message opened by placing interesting subjects but not misleading ones. With this in mind we have come up with some simple and ethical rules that we expect followed in order to keep our program clean and reputable. Failing to respect these terms will cause your membership to be deleted without Refund.

1.  NO misleading messages of any nature!

2.  NO flaming or foul language to other members.

3.  NO Adult Oriented Messages or XXX Sites/Content.

4.  NO Porno, Adult, Gambling, Illegal Or Warez Sites.

5.  NO Racial Or Drug-Related Or Other Illegal Content.

6.  You agree to advertise SupraList in a professional manner, if you choose to do so.

7.  You Agree To Receive Messages from Admin At Your Contact Email Address From The Administration Of SupraList (usually once or twice a week).

8.  NO Multiple Accounts, we only have a limited # of paid memberships available. Dont be greedy.

9. These subjects are NOT allowed to be used when posting your ads to SupraList. We feel these are misleading & very unprofessional.

         * Fwd:
         * PayPal or any processor has cancelled your account
         * URGENT
         * Your account has been cancelled / deactivated / terminated
         * From admin
         * Notification of payment received
         * I read your ad / I saw your ad

10. Violation Of The Above Rules Will Result In Your Membership Being Terminated...Without Refund

When SupaList reaches the target goal we will be forced to stop accepting paid memberships. We will continue
to accept free members until such time as we feel necessary. If a paid member surrenders his/her account by cancelling their membership, SupraList will offer this paid membership to the next free membership available.
